URBAN PROJECT MANAGEMENT MISSION FOR THE REHABILITATION OF HOUSING NEIGHBORHOODS TRANCHE2 – CITIES OF SAOUAF AND SIDI ALI BEN AOUN

Project Description :

The mission is part of the second generation of the program for the rehabilitation and integration of residential neighborhoods (PRIQH 2), financed by the Tunisian government, AFD and the EIB.

The objective of this program is to improve living conditions in the neighborhoods concerned, to promote their integration by developing public spaces, upgrading road infrastructure and technical networks, while reducing their vulnerability to the risk of flooding.

Description of the services provided :

Phase 1: Diagnosis of the existing situation

• Urban diagnosis
• Verification of the availability of land for socio-collective facilities and local activities
• Shared diagnosis
• Technical diagnosis
• Vulnerability study to flood risks
• Technical diagnosis of infrastructures

Phase 2: Summary preliminary project

Phase 3: Detailed preliminary project

Phase 4: Establishment of call for tender documents

Phase 5: Supervision and monitoring of works.
