TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND CARRYING OUT MEASURING CAMPAIGNS FOR MONITORING INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGES AND UPDATING THE CADRIN DATABASE

CADRIN is a tool for the management of industrial water discharges and a decision-making aid for the construction and operation of sanitation facilities. It also constitutes a basis for an exhaustive inventory of industrial units in Tunisia (situation, condition, quality and quantity of discharges, etc.).

The objective of this mission is to update this database, in particular through field surveys to provide up-to-date data on industrial establishments. More specifically, the study aims to update the data of industrial units connected or connectable to the DEPLOMED program WWTPs, namely the Sud Méliane, Jdeida, Kélibia and Sousse Nord WWTPs.

Scope of works

• Phase 1: Updating the data available for all industrial units within the scope of the study
• Phase 2: Evaluation and prioritization of the impacts of industrial establishments on ONAS wastewater collection and treatment infrastructures
• Phase 3: In-depth updating of the data of the selected establishments (300 companies).
