DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOURIST AREA OF BEKALTA – MONASTIR

Description du projet :

The tourist area of ​​Bekalta in the governorate of Monastir covers an area of ​​75 Ha for a planned accommodation capacity of 6000 beds.

The study focused on VRD developments in the area:

• the road network
• the construction of a pedestrian walkway (esplanade) 600 m long and 20 m wide
• the rainwater drainage network
• wastewater treatment and the transfer system to the treatment plant
• the study of the drinking water network
• the study of the medium and low voltage electricity network
• the study of the adduction and service of the tourist area by gas
• sizing of the telephone network (fiber optics)

Services provided:

Phase 1: Preliminary study, parameters and essential hypotheses for the choice of installation areas and the sizing of infrastructures

Phase 2: topographic and geotechnical studies and detailed preliminary project (roads, networks, etc.)

Phase 3: Execution project and tender dossier
