DEVELOPMENT STUDY OF A HOUSING PROJECT IN MGHIRA

The development project focuses on preparing studies for basic infrastructure: roads, wastewater and rainwater drainage network, public lighting, telephone network, drinking water supply, all underground networks. These developments are carried out on the basis of the approved subdivision file.

Services provided :

• Detailed preliminary project including studies of earthworks, waste water roads, hydrological study and rainwater and public lighting. This file is subject to the approval of the public bodies (Municipality, ONAS and STEG) concerned for the final development of the subdivision.
• Tender documents for the above components.
