Project description:
Purified water from the Charguia / Choutrana and Coastal North purification pole (170,000 m3 / d) is currently directed to Raoued beach via the Khlij canal and the drainage canal of the lower Medjerda valley. . To eliminate this discharge which flows directly to the right of Raoued beach, a new transfer system is planned providing for the reuse of part of the purified water in agriculture and the evacuation of the excess through a marine outfall. 6 km in length.

- Data collection and analysis: topography and bathymetry, marine currents, climatological data ((wind, swell, tide), specific data from the project site
- Evaluation of the discharge zone at sea
- Modeling of the outfall
- Detailed technical specifications and construction plans
