MASTER PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SENSITIVE ZONE OF THE FAR NORTH OF TUNISIA

The study of the SDA of the sensitive area of ​​the northern coast has two objectives:

1. The first of a synthetic order containing, on the one hand, an exhaustive study of the physical setting, ecosystems and spaces of historical or landscape cultural interest, on the other hand, an in-depth assessment of the current situation in the light problems posed as a result of socio-economic development actions as well as the factors governing the disturbance of the balance of the ecosystem.
2. The second, of a purely operational nature, aims to draw up a master plan for the development of the area and laying down the principles of organization and operation of the territory by establishing policies for the protection and management of the environment and fragile ecosystems, within the framework of a sustainable development policy.
