The agglomeration SDA is one of the main strategic orientation instruments provided for planning the growth of cities. It aims in particular to optimize the use of space, socio-economic development, environmental protection, and in particular the general use of land, the layout of major infrastructures, the location of structuring equipment, of the most important services and activities, the general orientations of the expansion and development of urban agglomerations.

Services provided :

• Phase 1: Diagnostic report, identification of problems and statement of development scenarios.

Phase 2: Development of the development master plan, the program plan and the establishment of project sheets.
